I met Mary 5 years ago when we both received the 2014 LWS Award in Atlanta via SISTERLOVE. Inc. She was a quiet , serene young woman with a beautiful smile always smiling. It hurts my heart to hear she has left us all too soon. She had so many poems to write and share. Mary I will miss You. My tears won’t stop. RIEP My Sister. You are now one of God’s Angels. ♥️✌????

I met Mary when she was 16 y/o. She was a bright light in my sometimes dark world. The 1st time I heard her spit Dandelion, I was in tears and so amazed at the passion coming from this beautiful soul. I'm really going to miss her. Rest in Power Mary
