it's more than time to a country as the USA to take care of people's health properly and fairly. Chronic and serious life threatening diseases should being treated freely included and especially medications and treatments of all kind. Several countries with less resources do it, shame on the one of the most rich countries of the world to not do it. People with HIV should be properly respected.
