My Best Regards !!!

I want to congratulate you on your tireless efforts educating he world on HIV and the MEDS used for treatment. Your a constant source of critical and informative information. I have been regularly checking your site and have found much needed information. With the help of HIV drugs I remain undetectable for over 10 years now and I want people out there to know it is possible to live a somewhat normal life. Of course they must use common sense when with anyone sexually. Always take precautions as to not get infected by a possible worse strain of the virus that may have mutated into a resistant strain. I lost my partner recently from HIV complications but he was infected for 20 years and was at deaths door many times. Unfortunately this time he did not make it. His Liver and Kidneys were damaged from the very early HIV drugs available at the time. Keep up the great work and know that your publication is savings lives. An other good source for information and education is through the SHANTI group. The have programs around the country that are a 16 week course where HIV infected men can come and be educated in forming more healthful approached to life with HIV. Friendships are built through this course and it is free. It is called the LIFE GROUP/ SHANTI. I am now finishing my second run through the program. After my partner passed, I wanted and needed activities to keep me occupied and get me out of my depression. The LIFE program did just that. I have made several friends from the first time I took the course and again this second time. I highly recommend this to everyone that has the course available in their city. I wish you and all your readers a happy and healthy life. Be good to yourself and take care of your body and mind. HIV does not have to be the end of the world for you. Live Long and Prosper.........................
