WOW!! Ok, I read the article in Poz magazine and thought that this guy knows what it feels like to be an outcast. So then I wanted to see if you had any other insightful postings, then I read this article. Although I realize that it was meant to be satirical, it really came across way wrong. I do understand that you should be proud that your article was published, however the typical reader of Poz magazine does not want to be snubbed by someone with an ego the size of Wyoming. I am going on my 30th year with being positive, and enjoy reading about others experiences, because it does help others not feel so alone. Also after reading other articles of yours, I do not understand how you can have written the story in the magazine, because it shows compassion and emotion. Instead of coming from a "Diva".. Your picture's show no signs of Lipo, or Lido, and so I do not believe that you know the full side effects of the meds. Unfortunately, Sculptra is still not covered by Medicare,Medicaid, ADAP, or Ryan White monies, so those with limited income still cannot afford them to look more normal. So unless you know all the facts first hand, do not make assumptions. Because everyone knows that when you assume, you make an ass of you and me.. well maybe just you.. Have a great day, and take care of yourself.

Michael: This entire blog post is satire, humor, not to be taken literally!

Placing issues of POZ magazine on windshields, REALLY, don't you think that the people attending this social had enough opportunity to get a copy , or pick one up in other gay places where "Fine Periodicals" are offered. To your referral to the Kardashians , whoever they are, I don't have cable ,and I prefer to not engage in the newbie star generation. Compassion and embracing others are my struggle while dealing with the outcast label I wear now. Damaged goods is how I am viewed by the majority of others today, once they become aware of my status, which I have been dealing with since '85.
