I follow Mackenroth on Instagram, and he does do a great service of educating people about HIV/AIDS, as well as entertaining us with his beautiful body and face! Thanks Jack!

Jack hit all the right points about stigma, prep, open status, working together... he is a fierce long term survivor who uses his platform in the best way. There are a lot of us around... Awesome work Jack and Thank You Brother!
